1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or providing your information to us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information.

2. About our services

Champions Legacy Life is an insurance agency. We help individuals and families compare and apply for life insurance products, including final expense insurance, term life insurance, indexed universal life and cash value policies, and mortgage protection coverage. We work with multiple insurance carriers and present options based on the information you give us.

We are not an insurance carrier and we do not underwrite policies. Policies are issued by the insurance company you select, and all coverage is subject to that company’s underwriting, terms, conditions, exclusions, and approval.

3. Not an offer of insurance

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy insurance in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed. Quotes presented are estimates based on the information supplied and are not a guarantee of coverage, premium, or approval. Actual rates and availability depend on underwriting, your age, your health, your state of residence, tobacco use, the carrier selected, and other factors.

4. SMS text messaging terms

These messaging terms apply to the Champions Legacy Life text messaging program.

Program summary

4.1 How you opt in

You opt in to our text messaging program by submitting a quote request form on our website and checking the box giving your express written consent to receive text messages, by texting us first, or by giving your verbal or written consent to a licensed agent. When you opt in you confirm that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user of, the mobile number you provided and that you are authorized to give consent for that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

4.2 How to stop messages

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us using the contact details below.

4.3 How to get help

4.4 Carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messaging program is supported by major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others, though carrier participation may change without notice.

4.5 Your mobile number and device

You are responsible for notifying us if you change or give up the mobile number you registered. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your failure to do so. Not all mobile devices or handsets support text messaging, and we are not liable if your device cannot receive our messages.

4.6 Privacy of messaging data

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

By submitting your information through our website, you give your express written consent for Champions Legacy Life and its licensed agents to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text message, regarding life insurance products and your request. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by asking to be placed on our internal do not call list, or by contacting us using the details below.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services and to opt in to our text messaging program. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you request a quote or submit an application. Insurance applications rely on the accuracy of the information supplied. Providing false or incomplete information may result in a declined application, a rescinded policy, or a denied claim. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and not to interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Champions Legacy Life or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
